Mark Stephens
Managing Partner and CEO

A former Aon executive, Mark was the CEO of Aon RiskLabs and Managing Director of Aon Value Exchange. Mark led national and international "change management" teams at Aon for risk software solutions integration and for margin improvement. He has extensive experience in developing pricing strategies that incorporate the economic capital costs derived from risk. He was a member of Aon's National Service Board, Enterprise Risk Management Practice Council and the Financial Institution Global Practice Group. Mark received his B.S. in Finance from Indiana University. He has participated in MBA graduate studies at Northwestern Kellogg School, Duke Fuqua School of Business, and Butler University.


Marc Dominus Director

Marc has over 25 years experience as a Management Consultant with some of the world’s largest professional services firms. For the last 15 years he has practicedexclusivelyin the field of Enterprise Risk Management. He co- Arthur Andersen’s Enterprise Risk Assessment methodology and was globally responsible for training consultants in the methodology. He has served as a Director in the ERM practices at Protiviti and Aon. Marc has managed ERM engagements for Fortune 500 companies throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Asia Pacific. He has facilitated over 100 Board and Executive risk and strategy workshops in industries which include energy, retail, manufacturing, communications, hospitality and financial services. In addition, he has held Executive positions in State and local government. Marc received his undergraduate degree at SMU and an MPA from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas.



Tom Krajewski, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Tom is a CPA and has provided financial management to some of Chicago’s most successful companies.  During his tenure at Aon Corporation, he was the finance officer for key operations and for projects that improved financial results. He has worked as a partner to business managers in acquisitions, budgeting and forecasting, pricing and cost analysis, and reporting.   Tom has a B.A. from Saint Xavier University and an M.S. in Accountancy from DePaul University.   He is a recipient of the Elijah Watt Sells award from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Bronze Medal award from the Illinois CPA Society.  He is a member of Financial Executives International, the AICPA, and the Illinois CPA Society.

Jane Alexander
Senior Consultant

As virtual CTO to the Great Lakes Science Center she assessed and developed a comprehensive IT strategic plan, implemented and managed the project team during the upgrade of the technology infrastructure and increased the use of the ultra broadband network. While consultant to the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University she directed all operational and IT strategic efforts and selected appropriate strategies to deliver web-based instructional content.

Formerly the Director of Columbia University’s Distance Education program (CVN), Jane managed all aspects of the program as well as developed university-wide resources for instructional technology and methodology. Ms. Alexander received her MS in Applied Mathematics from Columbia University.


Christine Qiu
Risk Analyst

Christine assists clients with quantitative analysis for individual risks, correlations of risks and portfolio’s of risks. She is an expert at risk scoring, weightings, distributions, simulations, stress testing and scenario analysis. Previously, she was employed at the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China in Qingdao, China and at Platinum Reinsurance in New York.

Christine received her Master of Science in Economics prior to receiving her Master of Science in Risk Management at the New York College of Insurance. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
